Our training experience is comprehensive. We have taught thousands of law enforcement officers, including police, elite specialty units, municipal by law, sheriffs, VIP teams, animal control, provincial and municipal inspectors and much more. Our instructors are often on contract or engaged in teaching active-duty police, ensuring our training is the most up to date possible. Some of the topics taught are:

Tactical Communications used by hypnotists, psychologists and communication experts, teaching an effective system of how to professionally deal with difficult conversations.

De-escalation Training shows the student how to talk to a person who is extremely agitated and in a mental crisis. It relies on communication skills involving psychological hooks and calming techniques.

Proactive Threat Management is proven successful by professionals every day and teaches how to recognize trouble before it starts and how to avoid it when it does occur.

Defensive Tactics is self-defence to help people to escape from larger attackers, using accepted and approved techniques.

Dealing with the Mentally Ill shows the student simple do’s and don’ts and successful techniques for dealing with those suffering from mental illness.

Cultural Intelligence helps the employee better deal with our ethnically diverse landscape and expands their understanding and tolerance of our collective cultures.

Scenario Training gives the opportunity to practice these skills in a real setting, cementing their knowledge and ability to apply it in real life.
